ALMS (EAMS-A) Login Error

If you’re getting a “user not found” error when trying to log onto the ALMS site:

  1. Open the Microsoft Edge Browser
  2. Click on the ellipses (three dots) located in the top right corner
  3. Click on “Settings”                   
  4. Click “Privacy, search, and services”                             
  5. Click “Choose what to clear”.
  6. Select “All time” in the drop-down menu under Time range
  7. Click “Clear now” after choosing Time range 
  8. Once all browsing data is cleared, Close out any open web pages.
  9. Reopen Microsoft Edge
  10. Search for in the search bar
  11. Be sure to choose your “Authentication Certificate” when choosing from your CAC log in choices
