Forwarding A365 email to westpoint.edu Instructions

**Please note forwarding of email does not register as login activity. To keep your A365 account active you must login at least once every 30 days.

  1. Login in to your Army 365 account
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the settings gear           
  3. At the bottom, click “View all Outlook settings” to open the entire settings menu
  4. Select Mail > Click Rules
  5. Select “Add new rule”, give it a name (e.g.: “Redirect to WestPoint”) like the image below
  6. Apply to all messages.
  7. Redirect to your “westpoint.edu” email account
  8. OPTIONALLY: You can delete redirected messages by selecting “Add another action” and selecting “Delete” from the drop-down:
