If users experience issues when uploading to/downloading from GFEBS,

Update Java Security Site Exception List

You will be required to have Java installed on your device

You can install Java from Company Portal 

1. In the Windows 10 Search Bar Type “Configure Java” and select the icon below

2. Click on the “Security” Tab

3. Click on “Edit Site List” Then click “Add”

4. Copy and Paste each of the below sites into the list (One add for each site)

5. Click “Okay” then “Okay” again.
6. Close down ALL of your open Internet Explorer browsers and then open a new browser to test.
