How do I encrypt email using Outlook Web Access

With Windows, you must use 32bit Internet Explorer (the default mode for most users). This is a limitation driven by the way Microsoft and other browser providers supports digital signing and encrypting/decrypting.

You may need your DCO’s assistance to install the ActiveX software control if you do not have permissions to install software
You should now be able to send and receive encrypted email
