How to get permissions to post Public PowerBI Reports

  1. S-6 identities/receives request for permissions
  2. Web team will check to ensure you have the proper training completed and certificates on file and send confirmation or what is needed.
  3. Write a short note to PAO Director expressing reason to have the information public
  4. PAO director will forward the approval to G6 and G6 will grant permissions.
  5. Just like with a webpage you are responsible for ensuring the information is properly cleared and or meets release criteria of your organization.
