How to request a Microsoft Bookings account

Permissions for Microsoft Bookings accounts are controlled, in order to use this feature you will need to do the following:

1. User should submit a ticket via the helpdesk or directly to ESB with the following information.

  • Booking calendar account name that matches our naming convention

The naming convention is BK-xxx-yyyyyy where x = the department and y = the name itself.

e.g.  BK-Dean-DV Parking1 would be the display name and the email would be bk-dean-dvparking1@westpoint.edu.

2. The admin/staff email address/es.

3. If Bookings is being utilized as a department resource, then it should have more than one admin/staff assigned to it at all times.

Please Note**  Remember to remove ESB off Bookings once setup is completed.
