How to Reset Voicemail Pin or Message

To reset your desk phone extension Voicemail or Message:

  • Dial extension: x4357
  • This forwards you to a call center
  • Select Option 1
  • Select Option 1
  • Select Option 6 – You will speak to a representative; ask them to create a Remedy ticket and direct it to the NEC located at the US Military Reservation
