General Help

For Windows Device

• Type in Microsoft Store in the Search bar
• Click Open
• Microsoft Store will open
• Type in Company Portal in the Search Bar
• Click Get
• It will Download and Install
• You will be prompted to login
• CLOSE this window DO NOT use your westpoint.edu email.
• CLOSE Microsoft Store and Re-open and Company Portal will begin to download and install.
• When download/install completes you will see the available Apps.
• Click on the App icon you’d like to install and Click “Install”. The app will now download and install.
• If the Application you are looking for is NOT listed in Company Portal, please refer to this link to find additional Applications

For MAC Device

• Go to Enroll My Mac
• The Company Portal installer .pkg file will download. Open the installer and continue through the steps.
• Agree to the software license agreement.
• Enter your device password or registered fingerprint to install the software.
• Open Company Portal.

For iPhone 

• Open the App Store and search for Intune Company Portal.
• Download the Intune Company Portal app.
• Open the Company Portal app, enter your westpoint.edu email address and password, and then tap Sign in.
  • If you are signing into the Company Portal app for the first time, and your company or school is using Intune, you will be prompted to enroll your device in Intune. To enroll, follow the steps in enroll your mobile device in Intune.

For Android 

• Open Google Play Store and search for Intune Company Portal
• Click Intune Company Portal for Android app and hit Install
• Tap Accept
• Open the Company portal app and sign in with your westpoint.edu email address and password
  • If you are signing into the Company Portal app for the first time, and your company or school is using Intune, you will be prompted to enroll your device in Intune. To enroll, follow the steps in enroll your mobile device in Intune.
