Transfer Security Group Ownership

Security Groups

Security groups are used to manage permissions for SharePoint, applications, reports, etc. To add an owner, submit a ticket.

  • Select Other under Problem Category.
  • Select Other under Problem Type.
  • Subject should indicate Add Owner to Security Group(s) for SharePoint Permissions.
  • In Description, provide the new point of contact (name and email) and list appropriate security groups.
