If you cannot connect to WREN_SF or WREN_Cadets

• Search for Command Prompt

• Click Run as administrator
• Depending on the WiFi you’re having issues connecting to, enter the following:
  • For WREN_SF, enter netsh wlan delete profile WREN_SF
  • For WREN_Cadets, enter netsh wlan delete profile WREN_Cadets
• Restart your computer and log in
• You will now be prompted to enter your westpoint.edu credentials
  • Username: westpoint.edu email address
  • Password: M365 password
